My name is Harald Seiwert.

I was born 1957 in a small town nearby
Cologne, Germany.

Since I can remember I had a fascination for art, painting and drawing.

When I decided to make this my profession, my parents were not very happy, because they thought that beeing an artist does not provide enough money for living (I must admit they have been
right).

From 1981 - 1987 I studied art and history of art at Marburg University
nearby Kassel, Germany (city of "Documenta" art exhibitions), after this
period I worked in some advertising agencies and moved in 1995 to
Amsterdam, Netherlands.
