I am old and worn, and I do not like to talk about myself or my art much.

Either my work says something to you or it does not.

If I have any eloquence left it is in my work.

I do my art because I need to. I like to listen to music when I work, if I am in a dark mood Leonard Cohen, it depends on the mood.

I do not know how many years I have left, but I do know I want to do as much of my work as I can before it is finished.

I kind of hope other people or some other people like my work but it really does not matter that much.

I am not sure I even like my work , but I am sure I love doing it, ( there is no cure for love) ,,, Dalton.
